- Neck and shoulder tension drains your energy and narrows your focus throughout the day.
- Tensions in your "back face" lead to tensions in the front of your face and can even create certain wrinkles
- Posture speaks directly to your counterpart and tells them about your level of confidence
As all parts of the series this is a combination of scientifically based knowledge and practical exercises.
After the session you will receive a package to follow up and establish your daily practice: the session slides, exercise videos and some additional practical tipps.
