We work through targeted exercises for each area: cheek toning, mouth and lip muscles, and the chin and jawline. You'll learn what causes sagging and loss of definition in this zone, and build a practical routine to counter it, something you can repeat daily in just a few minutes.
By the end of this session you have a clear, practical toolkit for the lower face: what to do, why it works, and how to fit it into your routine.
