If you spend most of your day in front of a screen, this session is for you.
We go deep into the eye area, the muscles around and behind the eye, the temples, and the forehead as a connected zone. This includes the concentration patterns most people never notice: furrowing the brow, pulling the eyebrows together when focusing hard. These habits feel harmless in the moment, but they create permanent tension and contribute to the lines that form between the eyes over time. We address both the patterns themselves and the lasting effects.
You'll understand exactly what screen work does to your eye muscles and tear film, and you'll build a practical toolkit to counter it: eye yoga sequences, temple release techniques, and a short routine you can use after any screen session.
The performance angle: Zoom fatigue is partly physiological. A trained, relaxed eye area changes how you come across on camera, and how you feel after a full day of calls.
After the session you receive the training slides, practice videos and additional tipps.
This session is part of a larger series on facial fitness, ten sessions in total, each focused on one area or technique. You can book individual sessions as they fit your schedule, no package required. If you want to get a feel for the topic first, there's a free 15-minute intro video, the link is in the description.
